Your furniture will take approximately 4-6 weeks to reach you from the date of order. Our carriers will contact you to confirm an exact date for the arrival of the products near this time.
We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property. It is your responsibility to ensure that the your furniture will fit into the home and that there is sufficient access for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address. On delivery, we ask that you or somebody you dedicate be in attendance to check and sign for the products delivered.

We deliver your furniture directly to your door throughout the UK and Ireland completely free of charge. For overseas delivery we can arrange for shipment of your chairs. Please contact a member of Feather and Weave’s dedicated staff for a quotation.
There is little chance that our products would be faulty due to the elevated attention to detail in production, although, in the unlikely event that you find a fault with our furniture you can either exchange your furniture or return it for a refund within 5 days.
If you find a fault within 5 days we will collect your furniture and gladly repair it for you.
All our chairs have a 2 year construction guarantee. We can collect, repair and return your furniture free of charge in the first 2 years of the date of purchase under our guarantee. We have dedicated after sales staff who will cooperate in dealing with any issue which may arise.
